any suggestions? i'm not a wig person, so i'm not styling a wig and putting it on. i'll need to figure out how to do it to my own hair and i'm not entirely sure how to go about approaching it.

i want to do this to my head.
any suggestions? i'm not a wig person, so i'm not styling a wig and putting it on. i'll need to figure out how to do it to my own hair and i'm not entirely sure how to go about approaching it.

It looks like a French Roll/Twist on the top. Then they took two sections in the back, twisted them and curled them up on each side of the nape of the neck. The braid is probably just pinned on.

Wow, old top is old but I'm just now seeing it. XD
You might want to consider a "rat" as a base for your hair, it would help give it nice height. You can make one by teasing loose extension hair into a giant nappy ball. lol
How's the costume coming? I hope Gallafrey is AMAZING! ^_^

I know someone who did that costume. I think she got Best in Show at Arisia in Boston last weekend.
